Otsubo Lead Management, LLC uses this information to review inquiries, assess territory fit, respond to questions and discuss potential participation. Please do not submit financial account details, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information.

Property-contact introductions

Owner or manager information is shared with a contractor only with that person’s permission for the specific contractor. A public post or listing is not, by itself, permission for an introduction.

Website hosting and forms

This website is designed to be hosted on Netlify, with inquiry submissions processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
